Shipping policy

At Gym Angels, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Please enter your delivery details and address correctly at checkout. Once your information is entered, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed along with the estimated delivery timeframe based on the items in your order.

You will receive two emails from us:

• A confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

• A shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including your Royal Mail tracking link and delivery timeframe.

Delivery timeframes begin from the day after your order is placed unless otherwise specified.

We currently ship all orders via Royal Mail.

If you do not receive your order within the stated delivery window, or if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Returns & Support

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping.
